Peace in the Place of Obedience
Haggai 2 · Zechariah 1–2
“In this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts.”
Haggai 2:9 KJV
TODAY’S DEVOTION
The rebuilt temple looked unimpressive to those who remembered former glory. God answered comparison with His promise of presence and peace. Obedience may begin smaller than memory or ambition expects, but God is not limited by a modest beginning. Stop measuring today’s faithfulness against yesterday’s appearance. Build what He has placed before you.
